2. A: Depending on your experience you will receive, either a 75% or 80% commission split. You can take our exam after 30 days with Cimpler to become Cimpler Real Estate Investment Specialist and move to 90% commission. If you are a beginning agent and you pass the Real Estate Simulator test, you will receive 60% initial commission split and we will assign you a mentor.

2. A: Cimpler Real Investment Specialists are top Cimpler agents, qualified to help his/her customers to think of each and every transaction as an investment and maximize the equity of their assets. They have comprehensive real estate, loans, and related services knowledge. All Cimpler agents work with our financial and asset management experts.

1. How long does it take to receive payment after closing a transaction?
2. A: You’ll receive payment 24 hours after all documentation required by Cimpler is received. We will provide assistance and transaction management products to help in the closing process.

2. A: To qualify for a 90% commission split, all agents must pass an exam, regardless of their experience. You qualify to take the exam 30 days after you join Cimpler Real Estate.

2. A: We want to make sure that you are familiar with Cimpler requirements and procedures first. It is critical that Cimpler clients receive a quality experience while working with Cimpler top agents (Cimpler Real Estate Investment Specialists).

1. Do you provide agents with additional revenue streams beyond just commissions?
2. A: Yes. Cimpler is more than a real estate brokerage; it’s a market place. All of our agents will have revenue from loans and referral fees for referring other services. You don’t need loan officers to do it for you; at Cimpler, you do it yourself, and we’ll show you how. Additionally, our best agents obtain 10% mentoring fee for all transactions closed by mentees.

2. A: We encourage agents to help make us better, and we reward them for doing so. Details will be provided after you sign a Cimpler nondisclosure agreement.

2. A: Yes you can. However, you will benefit from using our website to get access to all of Cimpler’s tools. There is no additional charge for obtaining a personalized website from Cimpler.
